John Michael Parron was Chief of Operations for See Clear Maintenance Corp. from 1982-1989. In 1989, Mr. Parron become Chief Executive Officer and renamed the company See Clear Janitorial Maintenance. Corp. See Clear Janitorial Maintenance Corporation is a general cleaning contractor specializing in all types of janitorial maintenance. See Clear pride’s it’s self on a reputation of uncompromising quality at realistic prices. Some of the Major Accounts Serviced: Procida Construction, De-Filippis Construction, Turner Construction, Carlin Construction, Flintlock Construction, Kaplan Construction, Petrocelli Construction, Lehrer Mc-Govern Construction, Crow Construction, Unique Construction, Koren-Diresta Construction Co. Bovis Lend Lease, J.A. Jones, and School Construction Authority ETC. Most of our interest is in post construction, some of our major projects included: North General Hospital, the Samertin hospital, Downstate Medical Center, The Vertical Club Arthur-Kill Correctional Center, U.S. Naval Base Staten Island, the Queen’s County Court House, the Veterans Nursing Home, The Nigerian Mission to the United Nations, The Museum of Natural History, Kennedy Airport, The FDA Laboratory, Montefiore Hospital, Fordham University, and more School’s than any other minority contractor under the School Construction Authority. All are represented in the mission statement of the SCA.
